The General Process
Your Alternative Healing Practitioner can recommend a specific remedy, although the descriptions of the various essences are readily available if you want to venture forward on your own. Some people place drops of the liquid flower essence into a glass of water, place under their tongue or rub on the forehead just above the space between their eyes, in the location of the 3rd eye or 6th chakra. The forehead application is great for pets. Follow instructions on the bottle.
